Richard A. Grafmyre

Richard Grafmyre is the Chief Executive Officer of Penns Woods Bancorp, Inc. With over 45 years of experience in financial management, executive leadership, corporate strategy, as well as having a long and successful commercial lending career, Dick leads a team of over 340 employees of the Penns Woods Bancorp family to make the financial lives better for all customers, shareholders and employees.  Under Dick’s strategic guidance, through M&A, organic expansion and new business lines implementation, he has led Penns Woods Bancorp, Inc. to become a multi-billion dollar holding company.

Dick is a graduate of Empire State College and has a Master’s Degree in Financial Planning from the College of Financial Planning. Dick is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP).
